It was an incredible show, as always. In this one they did so much with a fairly minimalistic set. I’ve seen all but three Cirque shows: Zumanity, Drawn to Life and Michael Jackson (some twice) and it’s a good one.
But the main thing I want to talk about is accessibility. First, if you have a wheelchair you intend to sit in CALL customer service at 1-877-924-7783 for ANY Cirque venue or show anywhere. Do not book online. The online system is not set up to reserve a wheelchair space, only a disability seat for this show. Wheelchairs will take two seats and that has to be done by a person. They are extremely helpful and friendly. If you want to be polite say “bonjour” or at least “hello” before you start asking them to help you. They will appreciate it.
I didn’t realize this and booked tickets online. They emailed and called me until I called back and they swapped the tickets to get the right ones. They were very diligent about making sure everything would work for me.
Row H (the front row of the second section) has always been my favorite row, even pre-wheelchair because the performers walk and run along it and interact with you, and that is the wheelchair row.
Arrive at least an hour before showtime. Parking can be difficult (the last two blocks took us a long time). They will have disabled parking, but a ramp space may be difficult/impossible. Ask. We got lucky and parked on the end. They send you through security, you can get food/merch and then there is a door inside the entry tent on each side of the tent (so take the one nearest your section) where you wait for assistance (on the far right for the right side and far left for the left side). Just ask someone if you can’t find it. They will come help you at 30 min before showtime and guide you to your space.

A very nice person escorted us to our seat. He helped another person who was transferring to her seat and helped her with the wheelchair (I think he stored it). He brought us to our space.

I was so impressed with the space they gave us. There were no people sitting directly behind, so I was able to recline my wheelchair and raise my footrests and my feet were not sticking out in the way of performers! It looks like it in the last picture but only because the space is curved and my daughter who was next to me was up taking the picture. I have a really big chair- a Permobil m5, and it fit perfectly! It was amazing!

The performers were right next to us!
I did not use the bathroom this time, but they do have an accessible bathroom.
I was so impressed with everything. The did a fantastic job. Well done Cirque!
*note there are strobes during one short part of the show. I closed my eyes for that part.
